Appointment Reservations

Before scheduling a spray tan appointment, clients must familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of Girl on the Glow Co. It is the client's responsibility to read and comprehend these details prior to booking.Clients should acknowledge and accept the following, as Girl on the Glow Co. will not assume any further responsibility:

• The product does not contain sunscreen and does not provide protection against sunburn.

• Pregnant or nursing individuals should consult their physician before undergoing a spray tan. If you have questions about our products, we can provide detailed information and ingredient lists if they are not available on our website.

• Dihydroxyacetone (DHA) is the active ingredient responsible for the tanning effect. It is considered safe and FDA-approved, provided that guidelines for protecting mucous membranes are followed.

• Clients may choose to remove their clothing for the spray tan based on their comfort level. Alternatively, wearing a dark swimsuit or bra is acceptable. We also provide paper thongs for your convenience.

• All ingredients used are intended for cosmetic purposes and are generally regarded as safe. It is the client's responsibility to inform Girl on the Glow Co. of any known allergies.

• Please note that a small percentage of individuals may experience unfavorable reactions to spray tanning.

• The Client must be 18 years or old or accompanied by a parent who is present during the entire service.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframes:

• 24 hours or less before appointment: 50% of service cost forfeited

• 3 days or more before appointment: Full credit for future use

• No-show/no-answer: 100% of service cost forfeited

Important Notes:

• Forfeited amounts from cancellations within 24 hours can be applied to future appointments

• No cash refunds will be issued

Appointment Execution

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed for Girl on the Glow to arrive and begin the appointment

Age Restrictions

• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

• Parent/guardian must provide written consent and identification

Booking on Behalf of Others

• The person making the reservation agrees to and takes full responsibility for all terms and conditions on behalf of any clients booked under the reservation

All product sales are considered final and no returns, exchanges or refunds will be made.
